First of all I'd like to thank to my family for being with me when I needed them the most. I would also like to thank to my closest friends George and Sue Stainkepms, Maribel Steinmann and John and Patti Messerschmitts for the great support during my competition preparation and for their friendship.

Q6. Where do you want to be in 5 years?
I would like to see myself on tons of covers of fitness magazines and successfully running my own fitness studio.

Q7. What is your best accomplishment?
During last year’s competing season I did my personal record by winning 10 out of 15 natural bodybuilding shows and the most prestigious- 1st. in my division at Musclemania World.

Q8. What was it that made you know without a doubt that you wanted to go into bodybuilding?
I was always the strongest kid in the class with lots of confidence and never afraid to stand out in front of the crowd.

Q9. How long have you been lifting?
I started pretty early at the age of 13. So it makes all together 16 years of hard work

Q10. Are you are a bodybuilding competitor?  (If not, leave blank and skip all other questions in relations to this) To do that, you must really eat clean and stay dedicated. So, what do you eat in a normal day?
Yes, I am a competitor.

My menu is basically the same almost every day. It is based on 2500cal (250g of carbs, 270g of protein and 40-50g of fat)

I eat 6 meals per day. Start with omelet (8egg whites, cottage cheese, turkey ham, 1 slice of whole wheat bred, tomato, few slices of avocado)

Second meal is usually low fat yogurt with an apple and protein bar.

For lunch I usually make mixed salad with tuna or shrimps and 2 oz of brown rise.

Afternoon snack is usually protein shake with banana.

For diner I usually have 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetable (asparagus, broccoli, corn, carrots)

Last meal before I go to bed is isopure proteine shake with couple egg whites.

Q11. Any plans to compete again? If so, when?
I actually just did one show few weeks ago (Clark Bartram's FAS-net Pacific Championship) and will be getting ready for the Venice Beach Championship during the Memorial Day weekend.

Q12. What is your normal work out like?
I don't have any workout plan. Always go by my feelings. Most important is to exercise each muscle group at least once in the week and of course put myself into workout for 110% to get the best out of every single rap I do during the workout

Q13. Describe yourself in three words.
Dedicated, Perfectionist, Reliable

Q14. What one tip can you share with me on how to be as fit as a person can be?
Before you decide to change your body set your mind, the goal you want to reach and do it to the maximum level until you achieve your accomplishments. TRUST YOURSELF NEVER GIVE UP!

Q15. Do you belong to any organizations/Certifications?
No I don't I am totally independent.

Q16.  I understand that you photographed with John at BBpic.com.  Could you tell me how that shoot went?
I have been working with John already 3 times and we had always blast. John has always put cool people together for the shoot, so we had lots of fun and besides that we always got lot's of great pictures

Q17.  How did John influence you?
He is a professional, very punctual and always keeps his word. These are the characteristics everyone in this business should have. It would make the work we do with the photographer much easier.

Q18.  Have you modeled before?
I have. Started back in Europe few years back.

Q19.  If so, where and with what company/person?
My first contract was with the European sports wear company Nebbia. I worked for them for over two years. After I moved to Prague I got a contract with the European edition of Men's Health and later on I became a cover model for the magazine.

Q20.  How long have you been modeling?
I started with modeling about 7 years ago.

Q21. What one thing in bodybuilding would you like to see changed?
There is too much steroids in this sport. I'd like to see more natural bodybuilders compete on stage. It is very hard to compete against athletes who are enhanced with anabolics. I hope the situation will soon change.

Q22. What do you enjoy doing outside of bodybuilding?
I am a very active person. I like lot's of outdoor sports such as mountain hiking, mountain biking, running at the beach, swimming, rollerblading, playing beach volleyball, etc. I like to dance a lot too, playing guitar and singing (mostly when I am alone….lol

Q23. To you, how have you changed, physically and mentally, in the past 5 years?
When I look at myself now back 5 years ago I see myself in a completely different light. I can say right now I am in the best shape that I have ever been in. My body has changed a lot (in positive ways). I am bigger, more toned and more ripped then a few years ago. My cardio condition has improved a lot too as well. Running at the beach 5 miles almost every day for past few years keeps me in great cardiovascular condition and helped incredibly to build my calves and thigh muscles as well.

Living in a different country without my family made me definitely mentally a much stronger person. Different mentality, language, new environment brought lots of challenges in my life. Independent life in the USA has definitely taught me lots of lessons and I feel like I have mentally grown up a lot.

Q24. Are you NPC?
I've never competed with an NPC affiliation and I'm not even thinking about it in the future. I am more focused on a natural bodybuilding. That is the way I want to go.

Q25. What is your favorite lift and why?
Leg press. Most of the bodybuilders hate legs. It is my strongest muscle group. I can easily do 10 reps with 1000 lbs and be ready for another set of ten within a minute without any problems.

Q26. Who is your favorite Female Fitness Competitor? Why?
Timea Majorova. Besides the fact that we are both from Slovakia, she has gone really far in the fitness industry since she came to the states. Even though she doesn't compete anymore, she is still very popular and has got a big fan base not only in America, but also back home in Slovakia.

Q27. Who is your favorite Male Body builder? Why?
Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is an icon of bodybuilding. He is one of a kind. He made this sport popular and brought it to the masses. Look what he has accomplished so far. Is it not quite impressive?

Q28.. What supplements do you take?
Multi vitamins, 2g of C vitamin, isopure protein, glutamin, creatin and amino acids. During the competing season I usually add L-carnitin, BCAA and some thermogen stimulant to support my fat burning process.

Q29.  If someone wanted to get in touch with you, how would they do it?
My email is pagacrado@yahoo.com

Q30.  Any future projects you would like to talk about?
I have already mentioned in near future I would like to open up my own fitness studio. It is still only a dream, but I believe with hard work and dedication it will become a reality pretty soon.
